Project Overview

Set within the historic 161 Collins Street, Melbourne, the new HPX workspace is a showcase of precision detailing and modern workplace performance. Designed by Unispace and delivered by FDC Fitout, with Exact Ceiling Solutions as contractor, the project combines two of our Apollo systems to achieve a space that is both visually striking and acoustically refined.

Across the open-plan work zones, our Apollo eMineral Summit 19mm ceiling tiles bring a calm, cohesive feel to the interior. These high-performance panels deliver excellent acoustic control and improved thermal efficiency, creating an environment that promotes focus and comfort throughout the day. Their clean, white surface offers a timeless aesthetic that complements the surrounding architecture while keeping the workspace light and airy.

In the boardrooms, the design takes a bold architectural turn. Here, our Apollo Aluminium Battens create a ceiling feature with real depth and definition. Precision-aligned and finished in a crisp matte white, the battens work in harmony with integrated lighting to frame the meeting spaces with a sense of purpose and professionalism. Beneath their clean lines lies another layer of performance, with the battens contributing to the acoustic balance of the rooms while discreetly concealing building services.

The combination of Apollo eMineral and Apollo Aluminium Battens delivers a perfect balance of form and function, meeting the brief for a workplace that is as efficient as it is beautiful.
