Studco Vortex High Performance Framing System® is an advanced internal wall solution developed to improve wall performance in high-rise buildings. Backed by extensive research with Deakin University, the system is engineered to reduce stress and tension within the wall structure that can contribute to noise issues, and has been shown to deliver 95% less deformation than conventional wall systems when installed.

Studco’s HEDA® System provides a faster, simpler way to form openings in internal and external walls. By using fewer components and connections, it streamlines installation and helps reduce construction time. Designed to suit Studco’s standard 92mm steel stud system, the galvanised steel HEDA Jamb is available in 1.2mm and 1.6mm thicknesses and can be used for jambs, lintels and sills, removing the need for multiple studs or stud-and-track combinations.
