Kokoda House reimagines the traditional marketing suite — delivering an experience that captures Kokoda Property’s uncompromising commitment to design, detail, and quality.
Designed by Carr and built by Directitude, Kokoda House invites prospective clients into an environment that reflects the craftsmanship and lifestyle values of Kokoda’s developments. MBS Architectural partnered with SAS International to deliver a ceiling solution that responds to the project's refined materiality and minimalist design intent.
To support the clean, residential feel of the space, MBS Architectural supplied custom perforated metal ceiling panels featuring a rhombus-shaped perforation pattern. In a highly detailed approach, the perforations were also wrapped up the side walls of each panel, creating a seamless, homogenous look across the ceiling plane. The design intent was to achieve the visual effect of expanded metal, but by using precision perforated panels instead of a true expanded mesh, the result is a surface that remains flatter, more controlled, and consistent — critical to achieving the high-end architectural finish demanded by the project.
The result is a celebration of simplicity, restraint, and craft.
